The racing sneakers mizuno's wave phantom arrived today from San Diego. Tried today, super lightweight, super cool since it's texture is chasing. However, it's not super comfortable, maybe it takes time to feel better. Though, www.roadrunnersports.com has some trouble with their computer system, but they are recommended since they are expert on running projects.

Ran 8.4mi*8=6.72mi in Marine Park this afternoon. YTD 125.2mi. Sunny day, but chilly cold in night. I will run tomorrow morning. Don't know why had a dream of a new physics idea about quantum information, but found out to be error when awake.
