Made some stupid mistakes.
Today, the car insurance agent told me that since my driver's license is changed to Florida, so that they cannot go on insure me. and the previous insurance was stopped on Jan.27, and the interim time will cost me 8 bucks/day. gotta mad.
Figured out how phpwiki is working, it setups a database, and everything else are just queries. Though Access is much easier to be settled, but it's easier to learn sql via command lines.

Yesterday, our neighbor made some fire, and our landlord dialed 911. Our neighbor is thinking there is ghost around, and want to get rid of it by fire.

Yesterday, got some tips on car insurance, that is to make a higher deduction, e.g. $500 or even $1000, the next is to get a high bodily injured and medicare and property damage coverage, e.g. $100,000, the reason is that the American's medical treatment is really expensive, and the difference from $25,000 to $100,000 is just 3 bucks.
